KITCHEN APPLIANCES -
Food Processor

Let us face the truth right here in the kitchen, with all these modern appliances.
Our Grandparents would just look at us and shake their heads slowly, very slowly.

"You must be kidding me, right?
I cooked for the whole family, fifteen, twenty people, every Sunday afternoon and did everything from scratch and by hand. We prayed, we ate, we laughed, we cried, we were together, we were family."

What is the point of the above words?

The point is, if a Food Processor can make things easier for "anyone" to cook a meal for the whole family and the family gets together to eat at the same table, then this is an appliance that should be used. For out of the conversations around those tables will come the solutions, not complaints; the encouragement, not criticism; and hope to solve not only the topics for the family, but also for our world.

save money, save energy

Nevertheless, even with a Food Processor being an
"All in One" type of appliance, it still uses electricity.

An "All in One" does help save by eliminating the need for other appliance being purchased and plugged into the electrical grid. However, be mindful that this 11 cup Processor shown on the left uses 625 watts.

The Processor on the right is a 12 cup size and really isn't worth buying because it uses 155 watts more for just one more cup. To know the wattage we only had the amps listed on the bottom of the appliance. So 6.5 amps X 120 volts = 780 watts.

Even the small Mini Processors use as much as 250 watts... But for the amount of time it is used, the electric consumption is not high and worth bringing the whole family together.

Watchdog in Action:
YET, there are other ways! Yes, you can still cook that meal for twenty people and
use far less energy just like great grandma did!

How? By just buying one or all of the appliance shown below. Hey, they were amazing to great grandma, they still sell them, and they work great!
Especially since they have no electric bill.
